In regard to credentials, "Agent 0016" has a Masters degree in Logic and Jurisprudence and has an extensive background in education and finance.

"Agent 0016" has had many articles published in trade and research publications under his real name and he spent many years in the financial community as a pensions specialist, arbitrator and contract negotiator.

This Anonymous Lender has been responsible for approving millions of dollars of credit for consumers and resolving a variety of customer issues.

However, this person - who I refer to as "he" - is concerned about what goes on. (And, by the way, the back-of-the-head photo on the logo is not "Agent 0016".)

This Anonymous Lender started telling me some of what goes on which, as a credit card holder, I had experienced myself, on occasion.

It's not just re-pricing (sudden interest rate hikes) that's going on - (which, by the way, tens of millions more customers are going to be re-priced in March of 2009 so look out) - that is upsetting. It's not even the fees, the impersonal service or the unfairness.

What customers do not realize is that mistakes are made which sometimes affect millions of card holders. Yet, although these mistakes confound customers, cost them time, can cost them money, and often cause them anxiety, those mistakes are never owned up to or explained.

So put it all together and we could reach only one conclusion: everyone who has a credit card should know what this Anonymous Lender knows. And that's why we collaborated. "Agent 0016" wrote Money-Saving Credit Card Secrets, and I have made it available, putting my name and reputation behind it.
